The purity of kamado's materials can determine the color of ceramic body.Generally speaking, the purity of white is higher than that of yellow, but it doesn't mean that all white ceramics are good.It also depends on the hardness of ceramic body,the fusion of ceramic and glaze,the heat preservation of ceramic itself and the stability when the temperature changes suddenly.
